Jurisdiction
Canada Drugs Store Site (excluding linked sites, if any)is administered and controlled by Canada Drugs Store customer care and it's directors, affiliates, officers, agents, employees or subsidiaries (collectively, “Ourtramadol.com”) in concurrence with the laws of Canada and the laws of the province of Manitoba applicable in the matter. You agree that the Site will be interpreted and governed in concurrence with the laws of Manitoba without activating any principles of conflicts of laws. Further, you agree that all claims, disputes or controversies if these arise out of or in connection with the Site are subject to the jurisdiction of and shall be submitted to the courts of the Province of Manitoba, Canada. In this regard, the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Manitoba to which you submit and attorn to finally determine or adjudicate any proceeding, suit or action in connection with or arising out of the Site.
